Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Head of Consumer Business

• Plans and Delegates all jobs relating to Sales and Marketing Activities which includes the Development and Implementation of Annual Marketing-Plans and Budgetary-Allocations for the assigned division.
• Analyses the Sales vs. Targets achievements in the division on an on-going basis and develops Counter-strategies to sustain maximum profits for the company.
• Implements growth initiatives in the sales-channels, prepares reports on sales forecasts, growth results and sales-channel optimization.
• Analyses, interprets as well as justifies the budgets and forecasts in-coherence with long-term business plans.
• Implements and Monitors all Brand-Launches and conducts Cost-Reduction Programs on both Pre & Post-launch of products within the division.
• Formulates Marketing Strategies, Cost-Reduction Strategies and recommends Long-Term and Short-Term Sourcing Possibilities.
• Selects appropriate suppliers for launching new products/Categories and for develop marketing programs for new product/line extensions.
• Involves in Evaluating and Negotiating with the prospective suppliers on Trade Agreements.
• Facilitates the technical know-how, expertise and knowledge required for the development of new products in the market.
• Implements policies on POS inputs and materials and conducts market research on enhancing product development through advertisements, product promotional activities and programs.
• Facilitates Bench-Marking practices with Key-Competitors on Products and Pricing to have a competitive edge.
• Develops strong customer/KOL database for developing & implementing strategies for brand building with the customers through participation in Special events, Trade fairs and public relation activities.
• Builds strong relations with all Principals and agents through regular correspondences and ensures all negotiations with them are done on key parameters by adopting a win-win approach.
• Manages all issues and correspondence with the Principals in consultation with the management with regard to Forecasting & Planning Principal-Orders.
• Identifies and Eliminates Slow, Non-Moving Stock in consultation with the Management.
• Responsible for soliciting orders through government bids/tenders by approaching the respective KOLs.
• Creates, evaluates, implements and periodically revise the company’s marketing and public relations plan for the benefit of the company.
• Facilitates Product Training Programs throughout the Division and ensures all team members are adequately developed and trained.
• Develops, executes & reviews KPI reports of the staff.
• Oversees and Evaluates all Monthly-Reports with all the assigned the Business Unit Managers and product Managers.
• Reports to the General Manager on a regular basis and gives regular updates and feedback on related matters concerning the administration of the assigned Staff.

Salary:
AED 40,000 to 50,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
