Position Title: Head of Data / Analytics Growth
Salary: all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A proud Retail group in Dubai, well known within GCC for its growing international portfolio of elegance and trends in women’s fashion.

Job Description:
-Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing data and analytics team.
-Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of data systems, pipelines, and analytics platforms.
-Lead advanced statistical analyses, predictive modeling, and A/B testing to drive business initiatives and optimize marketing campaigns.
-Work closely with product and marketing teams to define metrics, KPIs, and success criteria for growth experiments.

Qualifications:
-Minimum 5 years in data analytics, with 3 years in a leadership role in eCommerce or Retail
-Bachelor’s in Business, Economics, or related field
-Proficiency in data analysis tools e.g., SQL, Python, Looker, Snowflake, and similar platforms
-Experience in cloud platforms, and analytics tools e.g., Google Analytics, BigQuery, AWS

Salary:
AED 20,000 to 22,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
