Job description / Role
• ME & Africa Training/CS Management (Sales/Service – Tech and Non-Tech)
• Establish ME & Africa’s Training and Customer Satisfaction Improvement Strategy
• Execution of ME & Africa HQ’s Strategy Training and CS Strategy
• Plan/Manage of training budget
• Manage/Analysis/Report Customer Satisfaction (SSI/CSI)
• Weekly report of training/CS status and activities
Requirements
• More than 10 years of automotive experience in training (Sales/ Service)
• Fluency in Arabic and English and French language preferred
