Job description / Role
A multinational consumer electronics client is looking to hire an experienced Head of Department. Based in Dubai, UAE. Report through to C-level.
Your responsibilities include:
• Be a motivation to the team to achieve the best results possible;
• Identify, develop, and apply strategies for improvement in the sales process;
• Deliver market share, revenue and profitability targets for UAE;
• Conduct market trend analysis and work closely with the distributor team to develop plans to overcome potential issues;
• Provide timely and accurate reports on sales performance as required by the management team;
• Continual training and development of all members of the sales department;
Requirements
• Preferably Master’s in Business or Commerce;
• More than 6 years’ successful experience in distributor management, preferably in the Middle East area;
• Strong analytical, leadership, and management skills;
• Distribution Management;
• Retailer Management;
• Channel Development;
• Sales success;
• Track record of success in Dubai;
• Pro-active, persuasive assertive and great commercial skills;
• Team player;
• Essential to have track record working within a consumer electronics environment;
