Description

We are looking for a talented and strategically-minded Head of Design who can build a brand’s visual communication from the very first guidelines to powerful digital and offline products. Expect a creative mix of UX/UI, branding, creative concepts, and print design. We value designers who not only make things beautiful but create business-driven, functional designs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a creative design team (growth, processes, guidance)
• Develop and evolve brand and product visual identities
• Prepare print-ready layouts (catalogs, posters, etc.)
• Create digital banners for ads, landing pages, and social media
• Work on UX/UI: user flow, logic, interfaces
• Oversee design documentation, source files, and templates
• Collaborate with producers, marketers, and top management

Requirements

• Portfolio showcasing a systematic approach to design
• Proficiency in Figma and Illustrator
• Understanding of technical requirements for print production
• Experience working with premium brands — a strong plus
• Ability to think strategically and work hands-on
