Head Of Design (Architecture)

Job description / Role

My Client, real Estate Developer in the region , is seeking a Head of Design (Architecture) Dubai based , they need a strong leader for their Architecture team of around 8-9 Architects.

You will need around 15-20 years (maximum) years' experience, this is NOT a Director role, its leading a small sized team and liaising with external consultants etc, you must have a Architecture degree from a reputable university and have a portfolio of very high end hospitality and high end residential projects, and ideally worked for a developer before, ARABIC speaking a strong advantage - salary 55,000 AED -60,000 AED (depending on experience (no schooling)
