* BSc in Architecture (from a reputable university
* At least 5 years UAE work experience
* Able to manage projects of all sizes

* Ability to prepare fee proposals
* Strong business development skills
* 15-20 years PQE in a managerial role
* Strong leadership
* Excellent people management
