Employment: Full Time

Head of digital customer experience - Dubai

The head of digital customer experience will manage the entire online customer journey. Through a detailed understanding of the platforms involved they will collate and interpret customer data to identify areas for improvement and address and customer concerns. Reporting to the senior management team you will drive the growth and improvement of customer engagement at every digital touchpoint. This is a 360 degree role and the right candidate must have a solid understanding of best practice across mobile and web and a working knowledge of the best tools and technologies involved to enhance the consumer online experience.

Requirements

- At least 10 years in an operational role within the digital space with a focus on customer engagement
- Proven track record in identifying areas for improvement and enhancement
- Detail oriented with a data-centric approach to working
- Demonstrated experience in executive digital and IT projects and reporting on their success
- Certification in IT service management, project management, data analytics or similar relevant subject is an advantage
