Job description / Role

We are currently recruiting a Head of Digital Lending on behalf of a leading FinTech business that are headquartered in Bahrain. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a new department of an exciting business to ultimately lead their entire digital lending proposition.


Applications are sought from those with a recognised accountancy qualification such as CFA or MBA in finance from a reputed institute. You will have at least 8-10 years of experience in a leadership role and preferably within micro financing. You will be excellent working in a fast moving environment and you will need the ability to scale up, build teams and problem solve. You will have excellent domain knowledge of artificial intelligence/machine learning within the lending industry. It is essential to have excellent communication skills.
