The role will be to lead a successful and high performing team to deliver across the full digital marketing gamut. The position requires a well rounded strategist who can execute on campaigns, improve digital assets and build a brand online.

Michael Page Digital have partnered exclusively with a well established and globally recognized banking and financial services client for this role.
Description
- Set the overall strategy and budget for the short, medium and long term
- Meet with senior stakeholders to agree business objectives and define the digital plan accordingly
- Audit, review and improve current digital assets and improve customer experience across all touch points
- Set and monitor key performance indicators for campaigns and adapt and improve accordingly
- Coach, mentor and develop the team and foster a high performing digital first culture

Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in marketing
- Minimum of 3 years in a dedicated digital marketing role
- Must have managed a team of at least 5
- Excellent understanding across: Search, Social, performance, Content and CRM marketing with a keen focus on ROI
- Strong skill set in campaign management including measurement
- Must have managed a substantial budget ($3 Million plus)
- Genuine passion for all things digital
