Michael Page is working with one of the largest organisations in the GCC who are undergoing one of the largest Digital Transformations in the world.

They are one of the and best regarded organisations in the Middle East with a diverse portfolio of businesses, all of which will be affected by this transformation.

Requirements

We are helping them to build the team to support this growth and to do this they need the best people from around the world. They are looking for people with experience in delivering enterprise level change with the latest technology using agile methodology.

Ideally you will have experience in working in more than one geography and more than one industry vertical.

It is essential that you have fantastic communication skills, written and oral, and the gravitas to present to board members on a regular basis.

* 10+ years in leadership positions within Enterprise Architecture within complex international organisations
* Previously set up, developed and managed and EA practise - likely to have done so from scratch
* An expert in Cloud technology strategy, how to plan, deploy and use this technology with at least one enterprise wide migration to this
* Has previously been responsible for both long and short term technology road maps and is aware of the wider picture of where this business is growing towards and creating scalable technology that can support this
* Strong vendor management and selection experience.
* Ability to understand the full picture of how technology is pieced together from working in a diverse organisation where different business units have varying needs and objectives
* Has worked within a minimum of three industries with a preference for more
* International experience is a preference but not a pre-requisite
* Strong business acumen
* Good understanding of SCRUM methodology and previously delivered projects using this
* TOGAF or equivalent certified
* A minimum Bachelor's degree with a masters being a preference
