Position Title: Head of EYFS
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: Up to 24K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A recognized British curriculum school in Sharjah offering education from early years to secondary level, accredited by BSME and following UK educational standards.

- Lead and support EYFS staff to deliver high teaching and learning standards.
- Oversee engaging EYFS curriculum aligned with UAE context and school goals.
- Monitor teaching quality, assessments, and staff development for continuous improvement.
- Maintain strong communication with parents, community, and school leadership.

- Female native English speakers
- Minimum 5 years’ EYFS teaching experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role within a British curriculum school
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or Early Childhood Education; Master’s degree is preferred
- Candidates with relevant experience in the Middle East are encouraged to apply

Salary:
AED 20,000 to 24,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
