Head of Facilities – UAE National

Job description / Role

This opportunity is with a large company based in Abu Dhabi.

As a Head of Facilities, you will be responsible for overseeing the company’s facilities operations, coordinating and controlling all technical and facilities management strategies, while remaining in compliance with corporate regulations.

You will be responsible for developing a facility management program along with regular meeting with the line managers supervisors, coordinators and team leaders, managing subcontractors and suppliers, oversee operating budgets, developing the QA program and risk management, and negotiating contracts to optimize delivery and cost saving, and arranging and monitoring contract and vendor relationships.

Requirements

To be successful you would ideally possess at least 6+ years in the retail industry. A Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management or related field is a must.
