Position Title: Head of Fashion Design
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 38K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A proud Retail group in Dubai, well known within GCC for its growing portfolio of elegance and trends in women's fashion.

Job Description:
• Brainstorm with the Fashion Design team to select the seasonal themes, mood board and create new inspiration for the brand.
• Manage design process from conception through to final styling with the Fashion Design team
• Prepare the collection with 30-50 option based on agreed color palette, mood board and fabric.
• Supervise, coach, train the team, and provide support needed.

• Expert in designing a Fashion Collection from planning to execution
• At least 10 years experience in Fashion Design
• Bachelor’s degree in fashion design or a related field preferred
• Strong computer knowledge, including adobe illustrator , adobe Photoshop and CAD

Salary:
AED 38,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
