Position Title: Head of Fashion Design
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 43K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A proud Retail group in Dubai, well known within GCC for its growing portfolio of elegance and trends in women's fashion.

Job Description:
• Brainstorm with the Fashion Design team to select the seasonal themes, mood board and create new inspiration for the brand.
• Manage design process from conception through to final styling with the Fashion Design team
• Prepare the collection with 30-50 option based on agreed color palette, mood board and fabric.
• Supervise, coach, train the team, and provide support needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in fashion design or a related field preferred
• Proven expertise in designing high-end fashion collections, from concept development to final execution.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the fashion design industry, with a focus on export markets.
• Proficient in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and CAD.

Salary:
AED 43,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
