Position Title: Head of Finance
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 45K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualification
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
One of the leading Retail Group in the region, having major branches within UAE operating across GCC for high quality global brands at a competitive price for electronics

Job Description:
• Lead and mentor a team of 50+ finance professionals, including finance managers, analysts, and accountants, as well as tax and compliance specialists
• Manage the entire Finance & Inventory operations across 5 countries, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, reporting, and treasury operations
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the growth and profitability of the Wholesale Trading and new Value Concept Retail Stores - Cosmo segments of our business
• Collaborate with commercial leadership to plan and deliver financial, commercial, and operational targets
• Ensure compliance with all local and international tax and accounting regulations
• Improve front-end margins by increasing efficiencies at the sourcing and selling points

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Open to Indian nationals
• Male, 50 years old and below
• Minimum 12 years of experience in Finance, with a minimum experience of 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Preferably someone with experience in Wholesale Trading and Retail industries
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
