The Head of Finance (UAE National) will oversee financial operations, ensuring compliance and effective resource allocation within the not-for-profit sector. This role requires expertise in financial management and strategic planning to support organisational goals.

Description
The role will involve:
* Lead and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
* Managing a team of 8-10 with a hands on approach.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and financial standards within the not-for-profit sector.
* Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organisation's objectives.
* Oversee resource allocation to optimise financial performance and sustainability.
* Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and guidance.
* Prepare detailed financial reports for stakeholders and board members.
* Manage risk and implement effective controls to safeguard assets.
* Supervise and mentor the finance team to enhance performance and development.

Requirements:
A successful Head of Finance (UAE National) should have:
* A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
* Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
* Proven expertise in financial management within the not-for-profit sector.
* Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
