Employment: Full Time

Our client is a global EPC Group, providing services to the oil and gas industry. They are based in the UAE with offices in diverse locations internationally and with Group sales in excess of AED 1 billion; the VP for Business Development is looking for a senior sales executive with a proven track record of personal business generation to assume control of the sales function.

This person will be responsible for working with existing sales directors to enhance current sales, set and monitor ambitious targets, interface with clients to maximise sales potential and help win new business from these existing clients.

Working with the tactical sales directors, the Head of Sales will help formulate a realistic three year business plan, drawing on his or her experience of the industry and potential that exists for the Group. This person will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities from his or her own network and work with the VP for Global Sales and the regional sales directors to agree the strategy;

Salary:
AED 80000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Plus variable bonus

Requirements

This person must have a demonstrable track record of personal sales achievements. An engineering background is preferable although a progressive practical knowledge in the industry will be acceptable.

This person will have exceptional leadership capabilities with effective presentational skills with fluency in English being essential, as well as computer literacy. There is an attractive expatriate package with a dynamic reward structure recognising group and personal achievements.
