Head of B2B Growth Marketing

Our client is an industry leading restaurant reservation and table management platform. They provide cloud-based applications to restaurants for increasing efficiency and revenue through real-time restaurant reservations, automation and guest data management and CRM. As Head of Demand Generation, your role is to own the acquisition and channel marketing strategy across multiple global markets.

• You will be responsible for the overall strategy, execution and measurement of demand generation.
• Driving lead generation, nurturing and conversion across inbound and outbound channels, including email, social, search and paid.
• Building lifecycle marketing programs to retain customers, implementing best practices in CRM and automation.
• Find and drive testing outside of traditional marketing channels to drive incremental leads.
• Working closely with internal and external content teams on content development to optimize channels and targeting
• Own and monitor KPIs
• Establish internal processes to optimize conversion

AED 30,000 to 35,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.


Required Experience/Skills
• 5 years of B2B digital marketing or lead gen experience. Experience within a technology company a plus.
• Experience managing a team in a similar role – and confident with a remote team
• Skilled at using lead gen tech stack including CRM tools (we use Hubspot)
• Experience executing SEO and paid search as B2B acquisition channels
• Foundation knowledge of key B2B sales KPIs (pipeline etc)
• Strong interpersonal and project management skills
• Good copywriting and campaign management skills
