Overview of the role
As Al Futtaim Automotive continues its drive for revenue growth by expanding into new geographies with new brands, products, or services through JVs, acquisitions, and strategic investments, the Head of Growth Realization will ensure that plans developed, and investments made will ultimately lead to the building of a global mobility conglomerate. This role is pivotal in capitalizing on high-growth areas in the mobility ecosystem of the future.
What you will do
- Lead a team of transformation managers working with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives such as launching new businesses or brands and entering new markets
- Translate strategic investments into clearly defined objectives, key results, projects, and processes, maintaining constant alignment with the defined strategic objectives of the Group and its existing business units
- Monitor and report on the performance of growth initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and addressing critical risks and issues with the required countermeasures
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, investors, and regulatory bodies
- Manage stakeholder engagement and embed the skills and tools required to deliver on growth ambitions
Requirements:
Required skills to be successful
- A Master's level education, preferably an MBA
- 12+ years of professional experience, typically in strategy and program delivery across a variety of businesses
- A strong track record of success demonstrated through academic performance, promotions, and leadership roles
- Clear strategic thinking and the ability to create buy-in and influence at the C-suite level
About the team
You will be part of the Strategy and Transformation Office within Al Futtaim Automotive, working closely with the General Manager Strategy and Transformation - Automotive. The team is dedicated to driving growth and transformation initiatives across the organization, ensuring alignment with the Group's strategic objectives and existing business units.
