Job description / Role

Our client are seeking a strong HR professional who will be responsible for a regional role from Dubai.

The role will include the full HR gamut including areas such as employee engagement, recruitment, employee retention, on and off boarding, HR support to Business Managers, development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

To be suitable for this role you will have prior experience within a construction business in the GCC and be able to manage a HR Team.

Reporting to the CEO you will need to be a strategic thinker along with having the ability to make positive changes and lead the HR function.
