Job description / Role
Our market leading client, within Professional Services, is currently recruiting for a Head of HR. As Head of HR you will be responsible for 600 headcount and have a team of 5 reporting into this role.
- You will be responsible for the overall HR strategy with a focus in Talent.
Salary:
AED
45,000 to 50,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
- You must have a background within professional services in a similar role
- Arabic speaking is desirable due to the coverage of the region
- Degree or equivalent
- Based currently in the UAE
- CIPD preferably
