Head of HR - Dubai Based - FM Company
Our client is an International company, specialising in Facilities Management. Delivering both hard and soft FM services. Currently they are seeking a Head of HR to join their Dubai based team. Candidates MUST have experience in creating policies and procedures and organisational structure. In addition, a background in Facilities Management and knowledge of the local UAE labor laws and Municipality is also essential. In return our client will offer a very competitive salary and additional benefits including family status and education allowances.
Requirements
• Degree qualified
• Must have experience as a HR Manager
• Must have recent UAE experience
• Must have worked in the field of Facilities Management
• Must have direct experience working with a company containing large blue collar team
• Must be familiar with UAE Laws & Municipality
• Must show demonstrable evidence across Strategic planning, process & improvements, recruiting (from subcontinent)
