Head of Human Recourses (UAE National) – Abu Dhabi, UAE

On behalf of our client, one of the most reputable financial institutions in the UAE, Swisslinx Middle East are looking for an experienced Human Resources professional to join their dynamic team as a Head of HR.

In this key role you will be managing a team of 2 professionals and reporting directly to the CEO.

Your main responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

- Developing and implementing HR strategies and organization
- Managing all areas of HR operations: talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, learning & development, insurances and others
- Ensuring that all operations are compliant with HR policies and procedures
- Supporting strong employee relations, overlooking career development

Requirements

The successful candidate will hold the following qualities:
- 10+ years in HR function including team management experience
- Experience in Banking and / or Financial services industry is a MUST
- University degree in Business Administration or other relevant field
- CIPD certification is an advantage
