The Company

The Role
* Manage the Middle East payroll process, including collating and updating changes in line with payroll deadlines.
* Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and staff on HR matters, supporting managers with casework, performance, attendance, and employee relations issues.
* Manage monthly reporting packs for the accounts team, including YTD costs, business unit costs, and people data for the company MI pack.
* Handle DEWS submissions for each required entity.
* Oversee monthly benefit submissions.
* Administer contracts of employment, offer letters, and amendment letters.
* Serve as a super user of HR systems, including WorkDay and ADP.
* Manage the onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring seamless induction for new employees.
* Support the wider team with liaising with recruiters, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication.
* Provide advice and guidance on HR policies and processes, escalating issues when necessary.
* Respond to day-to-day benefits queries.
* Produce employment references and tenancy letters.
* Ensure all employee records are complete, accurate, and up to date.
* Assist the HR team with annual remuneration reviews.
* Ensure compliance with employment laws in each jurisdiction.
* Collaborate on company events, including mental health awareness week, international women's day, pride month, black history month, etc.
* Support upcoming projects, including the implementation of WorkDay, annual performance reviews, and benefits overhaul.
Requirements:
The Candidate
* Minimum 4 years of HR experience in the UAE.
* Proven experience as an HR Generalist or Advisor in a Middle East business.
* Experience managing HR for companies with 50+ employees.
* Background in financial services.
* Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, with experience in data manipulation for report production.
* Strong work ethic with a commitment to task completion.
* Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain confidentiality.
* Proven experience in policy and process implementation.
* Experience managing HR projects through to completion.
* Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Friendly, approachable, and excellent communication skills.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* Willingness to identify and implement alternative solutions to obstacles.
* Ability to take ownership, work autonomously, and be accountable.
* Strong team ethic and proven ability to work collaboratively.
* Good knowledge of employment and labor laws.
Salary and Benefits
55,000 -65,000 AED a month depending on experience, plus company benefits
