Job description / Role

As a Head of Human Resources, you will be responsible for:
• Leading the development and execution of HR strategies to align with organizational goals.
• Partnering with senior management to plan and fulfill staffing requirements.
• Overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to employee integration.
• Developing initiatives to boost employee satisfaction, retention, and engagement.
• Implementing performance management systems, including setting goals, reviews, and feedback.
• Addressing performance-related challenges and providing recommendations for improvement.
• Acting as the main point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution.
• Cultivating an inclusive, supportive, and productive work environment.
• Designing and delivering training programs that align with organizational needs.
• Tracking and assessing the success of training programs to improve effectiveness.
• Drafting and enforcing HR policies in line with UAE labor laws and regulations.
• Ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in maintaining employee records.
• Supervising HR operations and managing budgets related to administrative functions.
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal policies.
• Leading the HR team, providing guidance, and promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.

• Extensive knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and industry best practices.
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals.
• Strong proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to foster a positive organizational culture and enhance employee engagement.
• Must be fluent in Arabic
