Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Provide comprehensive HR advisory and support services in order to help the company achieve its overall business objectives through recruitment, compensation, benefits, manpower planning, career development, training, and performance management. Develop the organization’s HR strategy in line with the organizational goals and business plans.

Requirements

- Manage all the activities of the Human Resources Department including: manpower planning, recruitment & placement, compensation & benefits, implementation of HR policies & procedures, medical insurance services, pensions, training &
career development, performance , and employee relations.

- Direct, and manage activities and projects assigned to personnel in the Human Resources Department.

- Maintain HR policies & systems in line with best industry practices in order to support current and future business objectives.

- Advise Management team on the application of HR policies and procedures.

- Manage the annual approved manpower budget with various department managers.

- Manage the Development of the performance management system within the organization that supports current and future business objectives.

- Manage Training and Development approved budget to meet the company objectives and to be in line with the corporate plan

- Guide and facilitate the preparation of development and succession plans according to management support. Ensure that high potential UAE National employees are identified and developed through developmental assignments, on job training, and placement in appropriate positions.

- Guide and overseas the Career Development for UAE nationals. work closely with division head and assist in placing him/her in the target position. oversees the internal and external courses/seminars as per the business needs.

- Enhance the Human Resources Information System by coordinating with the IT department.

- Review the medical policies and procedures and advise management on the changes to be undertaken. Negotiate with medical insurance companies with regard to medical facilities to Company staff members.

- Benchmark all salaries and allowance of the individual staff members in order to get the Market Data through specialists HR consultants.

- Review and follow up all the Government Regulation ensure that company has the successful implementation of any Government Regulation.

- Keep abreast of latest developments in the area of statutory regulations, and HR systems & policies, to ensure that the organization is compliant, and ahead of competition.
