Job description / Role
- Performs the full range of interior design services & manages the interior design departments daily activities
- Responsible for coordination of duties and services
- Provides relative information to bring togerther architectural,structural,mechanical, electrical , and other allied services design
- Confers with clients to determine interior design preferences,materials,purpose,budget or any other factor that affects the project
- Resolves interior design propblems encountered during project construction
- Advises clients on space layout,planning,color schemes,coordination and utilization of furnishings and equipments
- Responsible for keeping the projects on schedule
- Performes other related duties assigned by Directors
- Lead manage and inspire team to enhance creative process exceed our standards
Requirements
- Creativity,imagination & strong leadership qualities
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- An eye for design,including color and good 3D awareness
- The ability to visualize concepts and explain them to others
- Good organization skills, to ensure each project is completed on time and within budget
- Awareness of technical building issues,and the range of relevant products and materials
- Excellent free hand sketching ability
- Fluency in English
- High integrity,passion and professionalism at work
