Status Real Estate is a property consultant firm specializing in Dubai's premium property market. We leverage cutting-edge technology and data-driven strategies to optimize client interactions, streamline operations, and maximize sales efficiency. We are looking for a Head of IT to take ownership of our CRM, ensuring seamless workflows, automation, and data integrity to support our sales and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize CRM workflows to enhance lead tracking and sales pipeline management
• Implement automation for follow-ups, task assignments, and lead nurturing processes
• Ensure CRM data integrity by maintaining accurate records, eliminating duplicates, and enforcing best practices
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion strategies and reporting
• Generate reports and insights to track CRM performance, lead quality, and sales efficiency
• Manage CRM integrations with WhatsApp, Email, and SMS marketing tools (no coding required)
• Train agents and staff on CRM best practices, features, and new workflows

Requirements:

• Must have proven experience managing Bitrix24, ideally in a real estate environment
• Strong understanding of lead management, sales pipelines, and automation workflows
• Ability to generate and analyze CRM reports for performance tracking
• Experience collaborating with sales and marketing teams to improve CRM efficiency
• Familiarity with API-based integrations (preferred but not mandatory)
• Excellent communication skills in English both spoken and written

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field;
• Proven experience (5+ years) in IT leadership roles, preferably within the real estate or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, software implementation, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent strategic planning and project management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience managing IT budgets and vendor relationships.
• Familiarity with UAE regulatory and data privacy standards is highly desirable.
