About Finkraft
Finkraft is a fintech SaaS company building a Finance Operating System for Travel & Hospitality. We help large enterprises and ecosystem players manage invoicing, indirect taxes, payments, reconciliation, and compliance through deep, domain-led platforms.
As hotel systems evolve across PMS, CRS, payments, invoicing, and e-invoicing mandates, Finkraft is building products that sit at the intersection of hotel operations, finance, and regulatory compliance.

Role Overview
This is a senior domain-driven technical leadership role focused on using deep hotel systems expertise to design and shape Finkraft’s products and platforms.

You will not run hotel IT operations. Instead, you will act as a hotel technology subject-matter leader, working closely with Engineering, Product, and Compliance teams to translate real-world hotel system behavior into robust, scalable, and future-ready Finkraft systems.
Your value lies in knowing how hotel systems actually work in practice—their constraints, data structures, edge cases, and failures—and ensuring Finkraft’s products are built to handle them correctly.

Key Responsibilities
Hotel Systems Domain Leadership
• Bring deep hands-on understanding of hotel platforms such as:
• PMS (e.g., Opera / Opera Cloud or equivalents)
• CRS, channel managers, and POS systems
• Hotel billing, folio, and invoice generation workflows
• Act as the domain authority on how bookings, rates, folios, invoices, and payments flow inside hotel systems
• Identify system limitations, inconsistencies, and edge cases that must be addressed in Finkraft’s product design

Product & Platform Design Partnership
Work closely with Product Managers to:
• Define requirements grounded in real hotel system behavior
• Design workflows that hotels can realistically adopt
• Validate assumptions around data availability and correctness
• Review and influence product PRDs, schemas, and integration designs from a hotel systems lens
• Engineering Collaboration & System Design

Partner with Engineering Leads and Architects to:
• Design integration patterns with PMS, CRS, billing, and payment systems
• Define data contracts, APIs, and reconciliation logic
• Anticipate scale, failure modes, and operational risks
• Provide domain guidance during system design, implementation, and testing
• Payments, Invoicing & Compliance Context

Help design systems that correctly handle:
• B2B vs B2C invoicing scenarios
• Corporate bookings, negotiated rates, and TMC flows
• Tax, GST/VAT, and e-invoicing implications from hotel data
• Ensure product logic aligns with real-world finance and compliance workflows in hotels
• Transformation & Future-State Thinking

Use prior experience to:
• Modernize legacy hotel workflows into API-first systems
• Identify opportunities for automation and standardization
• Help Finkraft build products that are resilient across geographies and hotel setups

Experience
• 10–16 years of experience working deeply with hotel systems and hospitality technology
• Strong exposure to PMS / CRS / billing / payment workflows in hotels or hospitality groups
• Experience contributing to system design, transformations, or platform modernization

Skills & Competencies
• Strong understanding of how hotel systems behave in real operations, not just documentation
• Ability to articulate domain complexity clearly to product and engineering teams
• Comfort working in ambiguous, zero-to-one product environments
• Systems thinker with a strong appreciation for scale, data quality, and edge cases
• Collaborative mindset with high ownership and accountability

Salary:
AED 45,000 to 60,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
