* Determines the SI model and business applications architecture in accordance with the organisation's policy within a secure environment.
* Conducts the build and the long-term implementation of innovative IS solutions aligned with End User Satisfaction and needs.

Description
* Working with the IT Manager and the Technical Operations Director to develop medium and long-term strategic plans in line with the organisations vision, mission and strategic goals.
* Contributes to establish goals, methods, policies and procedures for implementing programmes in alignment with the strategic vision, mission and goals.
* Prepares scope and business cases for more ambiguous or complex projects including cost and resource impacts
* Implement effective stakeholder engagement and communications strategy for all stages of projects
* Monitor the completion of projects and implement effective and rigorous project evaluation methodologies to inform future planning
* Plans the installation and testing of new versions of system software
* Investigates and coordinates the resolution of potential and actual service problems
* Ensures that operational documentation for system software is fit for purpose and current
* Develops implementation plans for dealing with more complex requests for change
* Suggests improvement to organisational procedures governing change management
* Leads the assessment, analysis, development, documentation and implementation of changes based on requests for change
* Apply legal, policy and organisational guidelines and procedures in relation to procurement and contract management
* Develop well written, well-structured procurement documentation that clearly sets out the business requirements
* Monitor procurement and contract management processes to ensure they are open, transparent and competitive, and that contract performance is effective

Requirements
This Role Is Open To Uae Nationals
* Bachelors or preferably Masters degree in IT or Computer Science
* PMP Certified
* ITIL V3 Certified
* Minimum of 5 years experience managing Business Applications
* Minimum of 2 years managing an IT team
