Position Title: Head of KG
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 17K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:

Job Description:
• Build teacher capacity through training teachers in International best practice in the Kindergarten.
• Support with implementation of all staff related policies, advice on staff needs and views through regular updates.
• Make substitution and arrange for supply teachers, establish a seamless working relationship with teachers in the learning teaching dynamics and arrange timetables and work allocation, arrange optimum use of resources and facilities by staff.
• Ensure that the kindergarten programme is aligned with the philosophy, standards, and practices of the American common core standards.

• Open to Native English Speakers, 40 years old and below
• Minimum 5 years teaching & senior leadership in early years/KG in a reputed school.
• Must have a certified and internationally recognized Post Graduate/Graduate university degree.
