Job Description:
- Design and oversee the delivery of the EYFS curriculum, ensuring it meets the needs of all children and aligns with British educational standards.
- Ensure the kindergarten meets all regulatory requirements and standards set by local authorities and the British curriculum, conducting regular evaluations and audits.
- Monitor children's progress, identify individual needs, and implement strategies to support their emotional, social, and cognitive development.
- Oversee the welfare of all children in the KG, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment.
- Prepare for inspections and evaluations by local authorities and educational bodies.

- Open to any native English speaker
- 35 to 50 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred
- Minimum 3 years experience as head of KG/EYFS in a British curriculum setting
- Must have in-depth understanding of early childhood development principles and practices, particularly within the context of the British curriculum
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized.
