Position Title: Head of KG (British Curriculum)
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 19K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A Dubai based distinguished British institution known for its commitment to academic excellence and holistic education.

• Build teacher capacity through training teachers in International best practice in the Kindergarten.
• Support with implementation of all staff related policies, advice on staff needs and views through regular updates.
• Make substitution and arrange for supply teachers, establish a seamless working relationship with teachers in the learning teaching dynamics and arrange timetables and work allocation, arrange optimum use of resources and facilities by staff.
• Ensure that the kindergarten programme is aligned with the philosophy, standards, and practices of the American common core standards.

• Open to native English speakers, 35 years old and below
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Head of Department (KG Level) and at least 4 years of teaching experience in Early Years
• Must possess knowledge of current trends and research in early childhood education and the British Common Core Standards.

Salary:
AED 16,000 to 19,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
