Head of Legal

Job description / Role

• Professionals in a head of legal role should have expert knowledge of the UAE labor law.
• Should have a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of ten years experience in core legal management and post-qualified experience.
• Willing to relocate to Fujairah.

Salary:
AED 20,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• Drafting and negotiating contracts in commercial and technical ventures.
• Drafting and reviewing articles of association, MOUs, POA, etc.
• Liaising with external law firms, Public Prosecution and Notary Public.
• Advising management on pending legal cases and the most effective position to be taken in safeguarding the company’s interests.
• Advising management on details of the UAE labour law when requested and follow up with the Labour Dept. in pending cases.
• Organising internal disciplinary/investigative hearings when required.
• Ensuring that the company’s affairs are in conformity with UAE laws.
