Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

About the Client:
The hiring company is a group of companies handling diversified brands under retail industry. Engaged in general trading, hospitality, fashion, real estate, watches and jewelry, construction, media and advertising.

Job Role:
- Develop maintenance procedures and ensuring implementation
- Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
- Ensure functionality of electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings
- Oversee all installation, repair and upkeep operations of the properties
- Ensure that technicians have the best physical resources available to complete tasks according to budget
- Must have a solid understanding of plumbing and electrical systems as well as carpentry and other crafts
- Allocate workload and supervise staff
- Ensure health and safety policies are complied with

Requirements

Requirements:
- Male, 40 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering field
- At least 3 years of experience as a team leader
- With strong experience handling at least 5 technicians for building maintenance
- Must have excellent time management skills and a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills
