Position Title: Head of Manufacturing

Salary: up to 20K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A trusted manufacturer of rigid plastic packaging for FMCG and pharmaceutical industries based in Sharjah

Job Description:
• Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations across UAE sites with full P&L accountability, driving production, engineering, and maintenance performance.
• Spearhead Lean transformation, OEE optimization, waste reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with FSSC, ISO, safety, and customer standards, strengthening operational discipline and governance.
• Oversee SAP integration, capex projects, plant expansions, and build strong second-line leadership to support the next five-year growth agenda.

• 10 years in manufacturing (10+ years in senior leadership), ideally in Rigid Plastic Packaging, with multi-site experience.
• Strong background in Lean, OEE, Kaizen, and process discipline (Six Sigma Black Belt preferred).
• Proven SAP-led shop-floor digitization and system adoption (mandatory).
• Hands-on, execution-driven leader with a track record of building high-performance teams.

Salary:
AED 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
