Job description / Role
We are currently looking for a Head of Marketing to work for a Multinational Premium Appliance Manufacturer in Dubai, UAE.
* Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company objectives
* Develop a yearly marketing plan and set the marketing budget
* Increase footfall through in store/ showroom events and develop the activation plan to increase brand awareness
* Develop the online/ digital strategy, collaborating with external agencies
* Work closely with PR agencies for press release support
* Be in charge of multiple events
* Manage and overlook the e-commerce platform and website back end
* Manage online and offline communications such as brochures, leaflets and point of purchase material
* Set the product price in coordination with the sales manager, finance manager and managing director
* Develop promotions and campaigns
* Manage the point of sales stand in coordination with sales team, designer and stand builder
* Candidate must have a bachelor's degree in Marketing/ Business/ Communications
* Candidate must have minimum 7 years of experience in marketing/ digital or online marketing/ communications/ events
* Experience in in Luxury / Premium retail or High End Appliances
* Strong background in Events' management
* Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office and ERP
* Excellent communication skills and goal oriented
* Candidate must speak/ read/ write English fluently (Arabic/German would be a plus)
