Employment: Full Time

Head of Marketing - MENA - FMCG - Based in Dubai

The Head of Marketing will be based in Dubai and will be responsible for all the brand and customer marketing across the Middle East & Africa for a MNC within the food category.

MNC who are within Food. They are seeing growth in the market and want to expand the marketing team.

As Head of Marketing the main responsibilties will be but limited to:
* Developing and executing the overall marketing strategy for the region in line with global guidelines
* Working cross functionally with teams internally, being a stakeholder and support creation of a agreed business plan
* Develop local media that is sensitive/ aware of the Middle East consumer
* Implement Brand plans
* Develop and oversee the brand plans and the marketing activity calendar
* Create insights via analysing segment, consumer and brand data

Requirements

* 10 - 15 years expereince within in MNC
* Strong analytical and quantative skills
* Experience in Brand Positioning
* Abilty to work in a small team
* Must be an Arabic Speaker
* Degree educated
