Head of OD

Job description / Role

A large organization in Abu Dhabi requires a Head of OD to report into the HR Director. The role will be responsible for OD and talent development.

Description

* Support with the development of the HR strategy with the HR Director
* Design the organisation structure and job grading
* Create job descriptions and competency frameworks
* Develop policies and procedures
* Design competency framework and link to talent development programme

Requirements

* Fluent Arabic speaker would be preferred
* Based in Abu Dhabi
* 10+ years experience in a similar role, consultancy background would also be preferable.
* Must have a background in OD and Talent development this will not be suitable for a current HR Director or generalist HR leader.
