Job description / Role
- Have experience in handing huge medical insurance claims processing with coding knowledge and leading a team of 60-80 people ( complete understanding of submissions/ re-submissions etc.)
- Understanding or experience in claims adjudications /building or creating rule engine for claims automation
- Have experience in HAAD/DHA billing methodologies
- Good contacts with the major Payers in the UAE.
Requirements
- Possess good Analytical skills, excellent communication skills in English – (Arabic is an advantage)
- Good computer , report analysis, people management skills
- 6-8 years’ of experience as Manager or a senior role
- Ideally male- confident personality
- Willing to travel as and when required in UAE and outside
