Job description / Role
• To manage and supervise all central operations, trade finance operations, cards operations and account services.
• Reporting to the COO, you will manage the Bank's operational and infrastructure processes to ensure quality and efficient delivery of services to their clients
• The role will be managing teams in comprising of both operations, where you will have oversight of all transactional processes, risk and controls, regulatory advisory, general administration and managing external vendors.
• This role requires an individual with strong leadership experience and can manage different levels of key stakeholders, internally and externally
Requirements
• Bachelors or a Master's degree in Business or equivalent.
• 15+ years of finance and banking experience with at least 4 years' in a senior position in operations department.
• Strong leadership experience, having managed multiple teams in the past
