Job description / Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a diversified business in Dubai who operate across a number of sectors including Real Estate, Construction, HR, Manufacturing, Trading and Services.
They are looking for an experienced Head of Operations for the Construction business which includes Interior Design, Contracting, Landscaping and Pre-Fabrication. The head of operations will have full responsibility for strategy and planning, operations management, project management and financial management of the businesses reporting to the MD of the Group and Board.
Requirements
• Civil Engineering degree with Minimum 15 years experience, with exposure in managing multiple projects, fast track Civil Engineering projects related for reputed clients in UAE/GCC
• Extensive experience in running / managing a construction business with P&L responsibility
• Civil Engineering degree
• Excellent knowledge of Contract Conditions, Health and Safety Regulations, Local Authorities requirements for Projects
• Business Development skills
