Position Title: Head of Operations
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 15,000 AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A Dubai-based premium storage and operational services provider committed to delivering a premium, technology-enabled logistics experience to its customers.

Job Description:
• Oversee the daily operations of the storage facilities, including inventory management, warehouse layout, scheduling, and security.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and premium-quality handling of all client items, including collections, deliveries, and installations.
• Lead, manage, and train the operations team, including warehouse staff, drivers, and logistics coordinators.
• Manage VIP, time-sensitive, or bespoke client requests, ensuring an exceptional and discreet service experience.

• Open to candidates from Asian, Russian & CIS nationalities.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Logistics industry is mandatory.
• Male, preferably 40 years old or below.
• Must have a strong background specifically within logistics operations, coordination, or supply chain.

Salary:
AED 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
