Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working an established restaurant group who specialise in both fast casual and QSR who are looking to hire an Operations Head to join their team.
Your main responsibilities will be managing the day to day operations across the locations across the UAE, you will oversee all the store managers and work closely to ensure smooth operations and the highest standards at all times. You will also handle the sourcing and opening of new locations. Overall you will draft and drive the strategic direction for the brands, constantly working to grow and develop both established and new locations.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have experience and currently hold a similar role, having overseen the operations of 10 to 15 locations. You must have a proven track record in developing a fast causal or QSR brand, preferably within the UAE. Experience in fast casual or QSR is crucial for this role and people with this experience will be considered, international brand experience is an added advantage. The ideal candidate will have franchisee experience. Due to the scope of the role candidates who are currently working in the UAE or worked in the UAE within the last 5 years will be considered for this role.
