Position Title: Head of Primary

Salary: up to 40K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A recognized British school in Sharjah.

Job Description:
• Lead the primary phase, managing daily operations, staff performance, and adherence to academic and operational standards.
• Oversee curriculum planning, implementation, and assessment to ensure meaningful learning and student progress.
• Recruit, mentor, and support teaching staff while fostering professional growth and collaboration.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and contribute to school improvement and strategic planning

Qualifications:
• Open to British and Irish nationalities
• 45 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; Master’s or Post-graduate diploma/certificate in Education
• At least 3 years of UAE experience as Head of Primary in schools following the British curriculum
