Head of Procurement – Aviation | Middle East, Africa & Asia

We are partnering with a globally recognised leader in the aviation industry we’re seeking a dynamic, strategic, and regionally experienced Head of Procurement to lead procurement operations across Middle East, Africa, and Asia.

In this high-impact leadership role, you will oversee end-to-end OPEX and CAPEX procurement across multiple geographies, navigating the complexities of international markets and supplier networks. You’ll bring together diverse procurement teams under one strategic umbrella, aligning operations with global business objectives and regional nuances.

You'll be based in either Dubai or Kuwait, with regular travel across your regions of responsibility. Reporting to senior international stakeholders, this is a rare opportunity to shape procurement strategy in a sector where precision, timing, and partnership are everything.

You are more than just a procurement leader—you’re a change driver, a cross-cultural communicator, and a dealmaker with deep insight into global aviation. You thrive in multinational environments and bring a proven ability to balance strategic thinking with operational agility.

Your strong command of English and French makes you a confident negotiator across markets, and if you speak Arabic, that's a significant advantage.
