Head of Procurement - UAE National

Job description / Role

A major financial organization in Abu Dhabi is looking to hire an experienced Head of Procurement.

Responsibilities include:
• Varied experience across the full spectrum of procurement, including but not limited to vendor risk management, accounts payable, marketing and travel, operational support, corporate real estate, IT, HR.
• Ability to communicate with senior management to gain support and buy in for regional procurement objectives
• Strategic thinker, ability to be part of decision making process at a senior level
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
• Strong character and interpersonal skills
• Strong management skills
• Experience in banking or finance sector is a must
