Job description / Role
We are currently looking for a Head of Production for a Regional Luxury/ Niche Company in Dubai, UAE.
Responsibilities:
* Handle assigned project management (process planning, time line, budget, materials, schedules, deliveries, technical reports, fit out production/ joinery)
* Execute and complete each project design (retail stores, restaurants and offices) such as infrastructure, external designers/ contractors.
* Handle communication between all parties and handle payments with contractors
* Meet clients and develop a better understanding of the requirements for the new stores and brand image (fit out process)
* Make sure that the store design is corresponding with the policies, quality and health & safety regulations
* Insure store readiness is completed on the given time and handle the project handover
* Develop a creative team who is able to adapt easily
* Conduct training/ coaching to ensure that the team is performing exceptionally
* Handle team performance evaluations and people development.
Requirements
Requirements:
* Minimum 10 years of experience in a project management role
* Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or Architecture (Project management certificate would be a plus)
* Experience in factory production, project management, sites' installation, budget preparation and working with external/ internal stakeholders
* Experience in a interior environment (production, carpeting, metal, glass)
* Excellent communications skills and ability to structure work tasks and lead the team successfully.
