Head of Project Design

Job description / Role

We are looking for an GCC experienced Head of Project Design  for a Developer to oversee the masterplanning and design management of a major master plan.

You will have at least 15 years experience working clientside and have a Bachelor degree in Property/Construction, Architecture, Planning, Urban Design or Engineering.

You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Development Managers who will oversee projects through master planning, infrastructure planning, product mix, design and construction as well as monitoring cost, schedule, quality, and regulation compliance.

Requirements

Head of Design and Development for a Developer

You will have experience in:

- Experience in launching new development projects across segments (i.e. mixed use developments, residential, retail, hospitality, leisure, offices).
- Deep understanding of master development design and management.
- Working for a Developer in the GCC.

This role is based in the UAE.
